The game closed unexpectedly. Will I lose my run?+

Cat-Mazing automatically saves when the app moves to the background and after major progress. Reopen the app and choose Continue. If a save cannot be recovered, contact us with your device model and iOS version.

Why is sound not playing?+

Open Settings in the game and confirm Sound is enabled. Check the device volume and Focus settings. After a call or Siri interruption, the selected soundtrack should resume automatically.

How do I restore purchases?+

Open Settings, scroll to the Cat-Mazing Store, and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Why is Room Raid not showing my camera?+

Room Raid needs Camera access. Open the iOS Settings app, select Cat-Mazing!, and enable Camera. Camera imagery is used live for the bonus round and is not saved by the game.

How can I reduce visual motion?+

Turn on Reduced Effects in the in-game Settings screen. This lowers decorative effects while preserving gameplay information.
